FLORENCE CRITTENTON HOME FOR GIRLS
The House of the Carpenter is an off-site educational space for the students of the Florence Crittenton Home for Girls. On Friday mornings, residents of the Crittenton Home are transported to the House of the Carpenter to study dance, participate in physical education, work in the thrift store, learn sewing, and cook meals.
YOUNG LIFE
Young Life is held in the Youth Center gym on Monday nights. Young Life meets kids where they are, builds healthy and authentic friendships with them, and introduces them to Jesus Christ.

AUGUSTA LEVY
Each academic year we partner with Augusta Levy Learning Center to provide an offsite skill building opportunity for some of the students. They learn basic skills such as hanging clothes, stocking shelves, and basic sorting of items. We also provide the gym space to the kids for some indoor recreational activity opportunities.
BELMONT COUNTY BOARD OF DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES
During the academic year we are a training site for high school students in Belmont County schools who take part in the Skill Building for Transition Program through the Board of Developmental Disabilities. These students get on the job training in our thrift store, food pantry and assisting with our building maintenance. These students spend a day a week “on the job” in our building. Each year the students look forward to working with Mr. Mike and Rick, making friends with the volunteers, staff and neighbors we serve. Fun and education all in one place.
SPECIAL OLYMPICS - OHIO COUNTY
We are the practice gym for the Ohio County Special Olympics Volleyball team.
BELCO WORKS
Working with the job coaches at Belco we provide a space for adults with developmental disabilities to get on the job training. They work in the thrift store learning basic retail skills. They also have the opportunity to work in the food pantry stocking products, provide building maintenance and janitorial assistance.
